Searching
How do I search for available hotels?

There are options to search for available hotels. The options can be selected in the box at the bottom containing the arrival and departure date. You can search available hotels with a specific destination.

Where can I find contact details of the hotel?

You can find the address, telephone, fax, email and website of that hotel on the hotel detailed page. More details will be given, after you have made the reservation, in the confirmation email.

Room Types

What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?
A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.

Does a double room have one double- size bed or two separate single beds?
In general, a cot will be available as your request without charge and one extra bed for one child is available at a minor additional charge. Additionally, as policy of most hotels a child under 10 -12 years old can share a room with parent without payment if not ask for an extra bed. We advise you to check the hotel page, or to send an email to that hotel for more information.

We have two little children; can we get extra beds in the room?
In general, a cot will be available as your request without charge and one extra bed for one child is available at a minor additional charge. Is there an extra charge if more than one adult stays in the room?
This varies from one hotel to the next. We recommend you to take a moment to view all necessary information such as hotel price, reservation and cancellation policy. By entering the correct number of adults that will be staying in the room your results will reflect all applicable charges.

Are the rates on your website per person or per room?
All rates on the AsiaPodo website are per room per night, unless stated differently

Do I pay a reservation fee?
No, we will not charge you any reservation fee. You only pay for total rooms you book

Is breakfast included in the price?
In general breakfast is not included. If it is included in the price it will be mentioned.

Are taxes included in the room rates?
Taxes are included in the room rates, unless stated differently.

Credit Cards and Payments

Why does AsiaPodo need my credit card details?
Your credit card details are only required as a guarantee against ?no show? which also secures for the hotel in case you don't arrive or cancel too late (the cancellation does not follow the booking policy). Whenever you validate your booking, the AsiaPodo System will automatically charges on your credit card to pay for your staying at the hotel. All your credit card will be secured by the AsiaPodo System.

I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
Yes. AsiaPodo system supports 2 type of payments for booking online at the present.
If you do not use credit card, you can be booking online and payment through banking system (ATM, Transfer, etc) or payment by cash directly to B.A.O Solutions Ltd., Co (Loc Thien An Building, 5 floor, 49 Le Quoc Hung St., 12 Ward, District 4, HCMC, Vietnam). However, your booking and payment time must be over 5 days (120 hours) BEFORE checking-in date time. In booking process, our system offers some payment methods, you will choose one most suitable with you, and this will be noted in your reservation confirmation mail.
If our system haven’t received your payment 120 hours BEFORE your expected date of arrival at the hotel, your booking immediately no longer validate.

How secure is the AsiaPodo website to protect my personal information?
When you make an online booking or give your registered user profile details, we protect the information using a secure server. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), technology which encrypts all information you input before it is sent to our server.
All communications between server and individual hotels, internet users are secured using cryptographic technologies. Our privacy policy is our commitment to the security of your personal information

Which credit cards may I use?
To the AsiaPodo, the system accepts all kinds of credit cards

How do hotels charge my credit card?
With prepayment policies, your card will immediately be charged the full amount including all taxes and fees. You must pay the penalty if the cancellation does not follow the system's policies.

How can I get money back if I cancel my booking?
Payment Online: If your cancellation follows the AsiaPodo system's cancellation policy, at least 5 days (120 hours) before check-in date time, the system will transfer money back to your credit card without any penalty except for 15 USD (banking fee and administration fee).
Payment Direct: If your cancellation at least 120 hours before check-in date time, you will be returned your booking payment by the way of payment you selected in your booking process (After deducting any fee of return payment).

What if I receive a billing error?

Reservation Process

How long will it take AsiaPodo to process my booking?
When you have made a reservation by clicking on "Book now" button, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a couple of minutes. The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is incorrect email address. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your "spam inbox".

Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Unfortunately, we do NOT take bookings by telephone or email. But if you need assistance of any sort you can always call us during office hours or send an email to

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
As soon as you have completed the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking number as well as other information relates to your booking within a few minutes.

I have booked a hotel but I did not receive any confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
When you make a booking, please check your email address. If you do not receive an email after you have completed the booking, it might be because your mailbox is full, your spam filter settings are too strict, problems of the line when transferring or you did not spell your email address correctly. You can expect to receive confirmation of your booking, including a reservation number within 48 hours If you do not receive a confirmation email within this period, please send an email to .

How many rooms can I book in one reservation?
A maximum of 5 rooms can be booked in any one reservation. If you want to make a reservation for more than 5 rooms, please send an email to .

Reservation number
When your reservation has been accepted the system will allocate a reservation number which will be used in any communication with the hotel concerning that reservation. Your reservation number will be only generated and showed in the email reservation confirmation  The reservation number will be also used in the reservation confirmation email.

Will I receive any written confirmation of my reservation?
No, you will not. Once your reservation has been processed a confirmation number will appear on your screen and will be also emailed to you. This is all you need to verify your reservation.

Hotel Policies and Facilities

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
The check-in and check-out times differ. You will find them on the detailed information page of the hotel. If you are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to let the hotel know in advance using 'Other requests' field in the bookings form, or send a message to the hotel by using the link in your confirmation email.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?
We advise you to contact the hotel. You will find the contact details of the hotel in your confirmation email or on hotel detail page which is shown on our websites.

How do I find out if a hotel allows pets?
We advise you to check the information concerning Hotel facilities at the hotel detailed information page. If it is not enough information, please send an email directly to that hotel to ask about that.

How do I find out if a hotel has a certain facility, e.g. a lift?
You can check this on the general information page of the hotel below the heading FACILITIES.

What do I do when I have a question about the room or hotel?
We advise you to contact the hotel via 'Other requests' field on the bookings form, or send a message to us by using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellation

How can I cancel my booking?
To change your booking, firstly cancel the booking via the link provided in your confirmation email and then you may make a new booking on our websites.

How do I change my booking?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to modify a booking in the system. You must cancel the reservation and follow the reservation process again. After the cancellation deadline it is also necessary to contact the hotel directly, since in this case only the hotel can accept changes free of charge.

Do I pay a cancellation fee?
No, you do not. The AsiaPodo will not charge you any cancellation fee. However, the cancellation policy of the hotel may require that you cancel your booking in advance. You will find the cancellation policies at the following query as well as in the booking process.

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
After you have cancelled a booking you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation.

What is the cancellation policy for a hotel?
AsiaPodo system's ones. You should cancel a reservation before the deadline to avoid a charge of no-show or fail to cancel your booking following the system's cancellation policies. You will find the cancellation policy in the confirmation email.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
The general cancellation policies of hotels are the AsiaPodo system's ones. You should cancel a reservation before the deadline (at least 5 days - 120 hours before check-in date time) to avoid a charge of no-show or fail to cancel your booking following the system's cancellation policies.

If your cancellation follows the AsiaPodo system's cancellation policy as canceling more than 5 days (120 hours) before check-in date time, you will not pay any penalty, except for 15 USD (banking fee and administration fee). The system will transfer money back to your credit card.

If the cancellation is made less than 5 days (120 hours) before check-in date time, a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation cost and 15USD for banking fee and administration fee will be incurred.

What if I forget to cancel my booking?
If you are unable to keep your reservation, you must cancel the booking within the specific cancellation period to avoid your credit card being charged. When booking on AsiaPodo system, the cancellation must follow the general cancellation policies of this system. In order to cancel an online booking, you may cancel your reservation by clicking on "Cancel now" under the Cancellation word in your confirmation email. If you made your reservation by fax or email directly to the hotel and not through our online booking system, you will need to send your cancellation notification directly to that hotel.

Can I retrieve a past reservation that I canceled?
No, you can not. If you would like to book a room again, you must go back to the site and book.

How can I cancel my booking if the booking was made just one or two days?
Fortunately, in this case you can no cancel your booking. Only hotel can accept whether your booking is canceled freely or not.

What are Web Saver rates?
Web savers are special rates offered only to online customers. These rates are below the published rates of the hotel and often represent the very best rates available for that property. They often require prepayment and may not have a refund policy associated with the "no-show". We recommend that you read all cancellation policies and rate-rules before you book your room.

I shopped around for rates but the one I found on your site is not there anymore. Why?
Because we are part of a real-time reservation network and because room rates are constantly changing in accordance with availability. We recommend booking early for serving the best rates. Once you find a rate you like it is a good idea to book right away.

AsiaPodo to book a room for me. Is it possible?
The AsiaPodo websites are designed specifically to allow internet users to browse hotels pages, to check available rooms, rates and other facilities required in order to make booking themselves. AsiaPodo can not make, confirm or cancel booking.
