In accordance with the Data-processing and Freedom law of January 6, 1978, you will have at AsiaPodo, a service offered by the company BAO Solutions, (whose headquarter is located at the 1-9 rue de Rémusat, 75016 Paris, France) a right to access, to correct or to delete all personal data which we could collect.

These data are those which you will have voluntarily recorded at the time of your answers to questionnaires, or at the time of requests for information. No personal information concerning you is yielded to third parties or is used for non-envisaged purposes.

AsiaPodo requires all its customers to provide personal data such as:

This personal information is deferred on the purchase order. Personal data (name, e-mail addresses, postal addresses, telephone number) and banking information (number of bank card and expiry date) must be communicated. AsiaPodo uses this information to ensure the required services, to send the confirmation and, and if necessary, to inform the customer of the changes and amendments to his/ her travel project. In case of problem at the time of the processing of the order, this information is used to contact the customer. The telephone number is used only in emergencies or if the data are inaccurate. Banking information is only used for the invoices and the finalization of the order.

The information of the customer can also be used to inform him/ her of our products, in particular of the special offers likely to interest him/ her. If the customer does not wish to receive this type of information, he can send us a blank e-mail to unsubscribe@asiapodo.com. No personal information is transmitted to third parties, except for the cases described below in the "Sharing of Information" section.

The personal information is stored as a long time as our legal obligations require it. They are also used to create generic information necessary at the time of the commercial or market studies. This generic information does not identify the customer personally.

Personal information does not leave our offices and only the employees having to use them for a specific task have access there. All the employees are regularly trained following our practices of safety and personal data protection, at the time of quarterly updates and of the introduction of new rules.
